My Lyman book says starting load of BE powder at 4.9 and max at 6.9 with a 160 gr. bullet.   Don't know if it has an impact on the sideways issue however 357 mag calls for Small Pistol Magnum primers - not Large Pistol.

Trading Post / **SOLD** Gun belt with matching shotgun belt for sale

These were made for me by Grizzly Flats Custom work aka Jackalope and Anita.  When purchased I was sporting a 38" waist.

Dimensions as follows: Lengths measured from buckle pin hinge.

Gun belt.  First hole 39"  Center hole 41"  Last hole 43"  Belt is 2.5 inches in width.

Shotgun belt.  First hole 37" Center hole 39" Last hole 41" Belt is 2.25 inches in width.  Has 17 slots for 12 gauge shells.

The holsters are molded for Ruger New Model Vaquero's

There are a light brown color, doesn't show to well in the pictures.

Asking $325.00

I have a Taylor's Uberti 1873 for sale. Checkered straight stock with 20" octagonal barrel.

I have owned from new - around 2 years.  It has been short stroked along with Curly Bill's magic and has an extremely smooth action.  Only rounds through it are
light .38 specials.

Comes with pictured lever wrap and butt cover.  Also original box and papers.  $1200.00

Folks,

I’m moving on from Cowboy Action Shooting.  I do want to thank each and everyone of you for your kindness, encouragement and plain old hospitality while I was a member of the Oak Ridge Outlaws.  I have participated in a lot of activities in my life, the cowboy experience is one I will always cherish.

I genuinely wish each of you and the SASS community the very best for the future.  I will still maintain my membership at ORSA and hope to cross paths with some of you in the near future.

I will be posting some CAS related gear on this site for anyone who may be interested.

•   CAS ready – opens easily I have the bag of replaced parts that comes with it
•   Barrel selector is disabled
•   I had it cut down to about 20” (Curly Bill)
•   Used but not abused. I have no idea of date of manufacture
•   Has a single trigger.
•   Blued
•   This is a reliable workhorse.
