my first time shooting what everyone calls old school, I like it. Congrats to the fast guys and gals and thanks to the folks that did the set up.

A big thanks to all that helped out. The event overall was a big success even tho it took a lot longer to complete than expected. No body complained and I heard a lot of good comments about the cowboy stage. Some folks said it was the most fun of all the events. Lots of chatter about it and all good.

Great match and for me was doing pretty good until stage 5 and 6. Got a P on both. Like someboby said, the buzzer goes off and the mind goes blank. Lots of fun, thanks to everyone.

Hey guys, be sure to check the flash holes for stuck pins. I use the Thumler Tumbler unit and ALWAYS find a few cases with pins stuck in the flash hole. And that is after giving the brass a really rough tumble. It adds another step to the process but I still like the pin tumbler system best. Never a leak from mine after using it for several years.
My Hornady progressive loader seats primers really good and will either not rotate or drag when rotating a high primer to the next station. not sure if it was designed to do that but it is a good feature.

Trading Post / FS pair of Uberti El Patron in 357/38

The El Patron's were hand fitted and slicked up at the factory and have serial numbered cylinders. no gunsmith work needed. They are NOT consecutive serial numbers. These have very few rounds thru them and look new with case coloring and blue. $900

I am good with whatever is decided  but I do like The Sheriff's idea of Sunday after setup. It would save a lot of drive time for the folks not living close to Oak Ridge.

Leadhead has lead for sale. conservative count is 2275 bullets. Most are .409,.410,.411 dia. some .429,.452 and .308. The .308 are 130 gr. All are sized and lubed.Some have been around for a long time and have surface oxidation. Selling all together, will not separate. $50.00
