September Match Predictions

[Jackalope]

I predict...

1.)  Six stages on three bays.

2.)  Round count will be 10, 10, 4+ on all except stage 4.  Stage 4 will require 10, 10, 4+ and one extra round for either handgun or rifle.

3.)  There will be no rifle or handgun knockdowns.

4.)  Two of the stages will be "round-count" and all six will have movement between tables.

5.)  If the weather is as rainy as the news forecasts, all previous predictions are null and void. 

If it's too wet, I predict...

A.)  The smallish crowd will shoot five or six stages from inside the first building.

B.)  We will be putting the steel away in the rain.  (ORSA has an event planned that will require the entire AP range.)

6.) Weather could be like a match a few months ago. Heavy rain on the drive to range then it lets up match time.

7.) Still may have some heroes vist us. Please bring a few extra rounds if you can in case they would like to throw some lead down range.

I predict a very interesting match. I have found enough 45's in an ammo can with a big ? on the lid. At least 20 of them have been hit once before but they are pretty light hits. We will see how it goes.

Of course I may just be there to help put up steel, still not going to shoot in the rain.
