Hey Pardner,
Many, many years ago two cowboys named Ron Snover (Ottway Smith) and John Johnson (Hiwall Johnson) undertook the task of forming the Greene County Regulators in Bulls Gap, TN. You may be old enough to remember these gentleman. It saddens me to report that Hiwall passed away a few days ago. His funeral was Monday. This was just reported to me by Tennessee Deadeye (Mark Duvall).
May God rest his soul.

I know Ottway & Deadeye but do not recall Hiwall Johnson. I only shot at the TAC2 range in Moshiem twice. It's sad to see local area SASS pioneers passing. Condolences to Hiwall's family, friends & cowboy pards.
