This was posted on the SASS wire by Blackwater today
Sad news to report!

 Mis Rose, Copperhead’s mother has passed.  She and Boots are the reason that we have such a great venue at which to get together with some of the finest people in CAS!!

She was a gracious hostess and a wonderful lady to just sit and talk with, always fun and a true matriarch!  I, for one, will miss her greatly!

I think we all send our deepest sympathies and best wishes for Daddy Boots and Copperhead and Cat and the Jarvis family at this time.

We heard that she was in very poor health while we were at Black Gold. We're sorry for his loss.
