Hey, there is nothing speedy about.  Hopefully the leg pain is gone?  Ali is about 2 months into recovery for her back.  I am taking Ali to the Y and walk in the pool, and do it with her.   Dirt Merchant gave me a tip about walking in a pool.   Sure helped me a bunch of times with back recovery.  She can come with us ... have her give us a shout when she is ready to try it.

Deb's recovery is progressing at a slow but steady pace. She's walking some without the walker and feeling less discomfort. Thanks for your good thoughts & prayers.
