Assuming nice weather, how many stages would you like to see at Oak Ridge Outlaw monthly matches?

6 stages are a lot of fun but may be a little too much for some folks. If we did two stages per bay like on Tuesday it would help.

Some would like to see 6 or 7, but at least an equal group would like 3 or 4, these days.
5 is in the middle.

From my limited experience, the number of participants and the number in each posse could be weighed to determine number of stages. For many, it's not the number of shots, but the amount of total time that matters. Fewer people - more stages. We could set up for six or seven and shoot fewer if a large number show. More set-up/take-down time, but the options are there when needed.

Doing like we do on Tuesdays, two stages at each setup, would be good if we have three or less posses.
During the summer, we would have to setup six stages.

Howdy,

If the setup was to shoot (6) individual stages on (6) bays, I would say stay with 5 stages for our matches. If we shot (6) stages on (3) bays, I say give it a try as long as we stayed under 60 shooters which equals 20 shooters per posse. Twenty shooters per posse can be a long day but with the reduced movement could workout well. The "REUNION" matches are the only matches in 2015 & 2016 where we had more than 51 shooters.
