Renewing your SASS membership

If your SASS membership renewal date is before Nov 1, your renewal fee is supposed to be $45.  After that, the price goes up to $65. 

Problem is that if you go to renew online, they are already charging $65 for everyone and they don't tell you that you may not have to pay that much.     You have to call them to renew at the correct rate.

If you already renewed at the higher rate, you can call and get a refund.

I would give them a "Spirit of the Game" penalty for their lack of customer service in the past year or so

Does anyone know if they still have a 3 year renewal at a discount.  This is what I have used for my family in the past.
