 split handguns hmm. 
 I split my breeches once. Wasn't a pretty sight. 
Don't reckon split handguns will be much better.

Tactical reload: reload before  gun is empty, usually moving from one position to another .
We typically don't move with rifle till string is over in sass.
Loading before a round is fired is a reload?
I'm just mad my gun only holds 10.
Mongo load a extra bullet at any time.
I like split pistols it gives me a edge over some!

People seem to hate split pistols, but it is good to practice different things....

I enjoy splitting the handguns occasionally.

But...

Many gunfighters don't have a sense of humor about it.

I was looking at some scenarios from annual matches we attended in 2004.  Of 12 stages in one match, the shooter had to split handguns on 3 and 7 others required movement between shots 5 and 6.

If I was to try something like that around here, I probably wouldn't make it to the Mexican restaurant.

Tactical  reloads are for 3 gunners.
Cowboy reloads are after last round.

Just curious...

In the example stage that requires 8+1 rifle, extra round loaded anytime after the buzzer...when do you load it?

A "tactical" load before you engage rifle targets...or...do you empty your rifle, then execute a "cowboy" reload?
