Set up went great, today. Thanks, everyone!
The match itself is intended as a tribute to a few of our early members, and founders. There used to be
a lot of us and I couldn't put in everybody. If you didn't get named it was NOT intentional. I included
those that seemed to fit the story.
Mostly BIG & CLOSE targets but not all. Three of five stages with reasonable movement.
SMSS Reunion 2016:
Stage 1 - The trouble started when the morning coffee was interrupted. FAIR WARNING: Some rifle or
pistol knockdowns.
Stage 2 - A tribute to Devil Dog, who recently passed.
Stage 3- When Tom B. Stone doesn't like being called that.
Stage 4- Thanks to something that Clancy 0 Conall said, the best line I think I ever put in a match.
Stage 5- The man. The legend. Curly Bill. A SLIGHTLY Old School stage. FAIR WARNING: A few rifle
knockdowns done the Old Fashioned way. (This in tribute to Jackalopes' Old School match, 5th Sat.)
Food, drink, and fellowship on the range afterwards. (Don't know all the details since I didn't get an
invite.)
