Generally you will need 10 rifle, 10 pistol and 2-6 shotgun rounds per stage. So when we shoot 5 stages on Saturday that adds up to 50, 50 and a box of shotgun shells. But it is a good idea to bring a little extra if possible because you might need to re-shoot a stage if something goes wrong or you might need extra shotgun shells to make up misses.
