Lets have a RO II class, I can teach one on 6th if Ethan can get me the class room and there is enough interest. The class goes over range management. (Just enough to pass the test) and live fire with everyone running the timer and making correct calls.
Sam to answer you question, PM is in charge of the posse. They make sure all jobs are covered, they make sure the posse ran smooth, they make sure jobs get changed for all positions. They don't necessarily run the timer but it sure seems to turn out that they do.
