September Match Predictions

[Jackalope]

I predict...

1.)  There will be six stages on three bays.

2.)  Ammo count will be 10-10-4+ on each stage.

3.)  No rifle or handgun knockdowns and all stages will have some movement.

This is not a prediction, but an invitation to participate.  Feel free to make your own predictions about the match.  Predict how many are coming, how many will have a clean match, what color shirt so-and-so is gonna wear or whatever you can come up with.  Follow the numbering sequence, make your calls and let's see who can make the best guesses.

I predict

4.) Weather looking good for Saturday. Lows 80s and a drop in humility

5.) Still looking for someone to step up and Secretary position. May have to initiate a draft of those not at the match, unless on IR list.

6) I predict a 2 hour drive through fog Saturday morning,
7) I predict a late Mexican lunch afterwards
I predict I will be clean right up until the timer goes off on the first stage, after that it is anyone's guess.

9.)  That Tombstone intended to number his predictions 6, 7 & 8, so I'll pick up with 9.

10.)  There will be at least three shooters in black powder categories.

11.)  Six clean shooters on the day.  (Like Tombstone, I expect to be clean until the timer goes off, then, who knows?)

12.) Three shooters, all with the same first initial will descend from the mountains to shoot the match

Lucky 13.) Two of them will shoot clean

14.)  No Texas Star or other such treachery.

15.)  A strong possibility that one of Tombstones recent RO 2 graduates will have the timer in his hand a few times.

16.)  A cold beer might hit the spot at lunchtime.

17) I predict a couple of Outlaws will sneak in from the South.

18) I predict they can be talked into a cold beer after the match

20.) If I shoot my open tops Outlaw style, no clean match for me.
