Please read the new rules clarifications from EOT TG meeting

I posted a thread under the the Rules Discussion forum with some rules clarifications from the TG meeting at EOT last month.  I think a few are really significant changes if they are enforced as written.  Please read them and respond, if you wish, on that thread.

Thanks Anita, I will go over these rules and clarification at the next few matches. It is very important we are all calling the rules the same all the way across the board.
