If the posse is crowded,  shot in order might work better.

13 -15 folks , whenever your ready as long as enough people are working.

I, myself, like to shoot in a particular order. Shoot at will sometimes results in a lot of ready shooters
and not enough workers.

I prefer a shooting order. One less thing to think about, when do I shoot.  ::)  Also seems to help get and keep the posse in order. Only exception would be if same person didn't want to be first. Could change that on each stage.

I suggest shuffling the cards for order, then rotate the first shooter for each stage. That gives everyone equal opportunity. The only exception I suggest is the "really-new" shooters should be later in the rotation.
