Disappearing Gate Code Cards ???

Well,

Prior to each match & setup I place a card at the bottom of key pad with the Gate Code. After Tuesdays match and again after Saturdays match the cards were missing when I left the range. The one from Tuesday was a more elaborate design in the shape of a bullet. Yesterdays was a yellow plastic rectangle. Would appreciate any help.

I was one of the last out ... but I didn't notice if the card was there or not.

Keystone I left the range just before you and there was a gray Chevy truck sitting outside the gate. Didn't recognize the guy driving it . Thought he might be with the construction crew. Don't know if that helped or not.

I left fairly early the two times mentioned and the gate codes were missing then.

A few years back some of the officers would pick up our code number if our shoot has started. Took me a while to figure that out. That was when we started locking the gate open and they didn't like that at all. They wanted me to go get the code or relock the gate when the match started. You might ask the board if someone is getting the code cards after the match has started.

I wonder if we can get someone to repair/replace the switch to lock the gate open during our match.  ORSA officers might not like it, but why would they want to discourage visitors by locking them out?

I did notice it was gone when I left on Tuesday, but didn't notice Saturday. I have seen the gate locked open at other times (when going to the pond to fish), so I'm thinking it might not be the switch that's the problem? Thought provoking! Nah, I'm done!
