March 9th Match Predictions

I predict...


1)  We will leave the targets out on Stage 1 after we get done for the Action Pistol range open house on Sunday.  In case you didn't hear, the cowboys will have a stage set up and volunteers to explain/demonstrate cowboy shooting.  The open house is from 2-5 on Sunday afternoon.  Let Horse Doc know if you would like to be involved.

2) Weather will be perfect for a Spring Shoot.   I can help out on Sunday - will PM the Doc

3)  There won't be any handgun or rifle knockdown targets.

4)  We're gonna hear a story about polled cattle and how they sometimes start gunfights.

I predict I will be there but never know for sure until I pull into the range.

I predict it will be another shoot that I miss.

Not really missing the shooting but missing my family on the range.

5)  Six stages on three bays.

6)  Judge will be back with us as soon as he can!

7)  There will be a gunfight at the bakery.

Accuweather.com predicts...

Rain starting at 2 PM...we might stay dry if we don't dilly dally.

I hope you're right about the rain; we really want to shoot.  No one will know until early Saturday morning.

May get a slight Sunburn.

8 )  The weather forecast still suggests no rain until early afternoon.  I think I'll bring an umbrella to avoid a sunburn.   

9)  There will be two stand-and-deliver stages, movement on the rest.

10)  We will celebrate a holiday!

11)  There will be gunfights at the ranch, in the general store, out in the street, and at the bakery.  These are rough times in the old west.

It ain't easy being an outlaw in times like these.

I was hoping to make a surprise appearance, but the but made plans of men and mice fall apart at the last minute. 
I will do my anti rain dance and ask for sunny skies.

13) You will probably need your windshield wipers driving to our venue.  You will absolutely need them heading home or to the restaurant. The sun will peek out while we shoot.
