Possible Rule Change

There is a thread on the Rules Forum about a possible Rule Change. The TG's will be voting on this change in the near future (I hope)
I would like to hear from the club members, I know which way I would like to see it go but I will vote the club line. Please take a look and weigh in on your feelings.
